Our kitchen remodel and whole-house paint
We hired Clever Design And Remodeling to remodel our kitchen and paint the entire house in San Mateo. Gili was our project manager, and the experience was amazing! Both. Clever started as a design firm. Our designers create floor plans and full 3D renderings with our engineers, we manage permits, and our crews build it, all under one roof with one project manager.
How accurate is the cost planner?
It gives a planning range based on the typical Bay Area costs we publish for each kind of project. Your home, the layout and the finishes you choose set the real number, which we put in writing after the consultation and design.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We’re a licensed, bonded and insured California general contractor (CSLB #1064699) with an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.
Who handles the permits?
We do. We take care of the process from A to Z, including permitting, construction and quality control.
